I’m a career and leadership strategist with deep roots in the federal, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial sectors. I help seasoned professionals navigate major career shifts with clarity, confidence, and a strategic lens.

My background blends executive experience with more than 100 hours of hands-on coaching, training and facilitation of mid-career professionals. As the co-founder and executive of a chamber of commerce, I produced more than 25 professional development events annually and dedicated hundreds of hours to advising business leaders—from emerging entrepreneurs to executives of complex organizations—on growth and leadership challenges. I also launched and led a nonprofit dedicated to leadership development, because helping people unlock their potential has always been at the heart of my work.

I hold a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University’s ILR School, along with advanced graduate study in American Studies at the University of Massachusetts Boston and a bachelor’s degree from Bentley College. My mediation training from the Federal Conciliation Service, EEO Counselor training, and completion of the Essentials of Human Resources training from the Society for Human Resource Management further informs the balanced, solutions-oriented approach I bring to every coaching engagement.
