Time for a Spring Refresh?
Spring is often considered a time for new beginnings. What I see more often—in my own life and in my work—is that spring is a time of transition. Of transformation or shifting, yes, but not necessarily starting from scratch. It’s more like … a shift.
As we start to shed our winter layers, there’s an opportunity to recalibrate the expectations we’ve been holding ourselves to. Some of them still fit. Some of them don’t. And some were shaped by a version of life that isn’t quite true anymore.
Our goals change. Life happens. Things move. So, instead of asking “what’s new?”, maybe spring invites a different kind of check-in:
What has been working this year?
What surprised me?
What moved the goal post?
How can I adjust?
Who needs to be part of my pivot?
Perfect answers aren’t necessary; just honesty about where you are now and what might need to shift.
A seasonal check-in is a chance to realign. Maybe even to recommit. And, set expectations that are both realistic and a little bit aspirational.
What area of your life feels ready for a refresh right now?
And, if you’re wanting a little structure or support around that, my Spring Refresh package is open this season.
